We are automotive supplier producing precise stamped, bended, drawed, welded metal parts and modules. We are stamping materials like aluminum, brass, carbon- and stainless steels, pre-hardened material. All significant processes are in house incl. tool design, simulation, tooling production (progressive-, transfer-, stamping- and drawing tools), prototypes production, project management through all process steps. Used additional (secondary) in house processes are turning, grinding, annealing, vibratory finishing, cleaning, joining, assembly manufacturing and welding. Surface treatments we realize by strategic partners.
